ABOUT THE NEW DATES
Q: I was registered for the conference in April, do I need to re-register?
A: No, your registration will automatically be moved over to the new event dates in September. No further action is required.
Q: I booked travel for the conference in April, what happens now?
A: All hotel rooms booked for the April conference will be cancelled by La Quinta Resort & Club and all deposits will be refunded. To rebook for the new meeting dates in September, please call the hotel to reschedule. To reschedule your airfare, contact your airline for options.
Q: I need to cancel my registration for the conference, who do I contact?
A: To cancel your registration, contact us at email@example.com.
Q: I can’t attend in September, but would like to transfer my registration to someone else in my organization. How do I do that?
A: At this time, registration is open to all. Please have your colleague visit the registration page to register. To cancel your registration, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I was on the waitlist before. Can I attend the HealthShare Symposium now?
A: Yes, please visit the registration page to register.
Q: I’ve already registered, but did not sign up for the pre-conference event. Can I add that?
A: Yes, please contact us at email@example.com to join the pre-conference event.
